No, the app won’t allow catering orders at this time but will link out for any catering needs.
Online ordering & mobile app
The McAlister’s mobile app makes it easy to order your favorites on the go. It’s available for both iOS and Android devices. Simply search “McAlister’s Deli” in your app store or download directly from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
We have completely redesigned the app to provide a more user-friendly experience. Now, you can easily reorder your favorite items, save delivery addresses, and manage all of your payments in a digital wallet linked to your account. Make sure you’re a McAlister’s Rewards Member to take advantage of all of these features and more.
This is not a requirement, but enabling Location allows the app to find stores nearest to you. You can also search for a location if you do not allow the app access to your Location. For more information, please view our privacy policy.
Our app is only available on iOS and Android. You can place online orders via our website. Just click on START ORDER.

McAlister’s Rewards
Yes! You can sign up online or by downloading the app and registering for the free McAlister’s Rewards program, and you’ll receive a free tea just for joining. Click here for more details.
When you make a purchase, you'll get rewarded! If you’re ordering in-store, select the “Scan” button at the bottom of your app screen and scan the QR code at the register. If your app isn’t handy, you can provide your phone number tied to your McAlister’s Rewards account at the register or scan the barcode at the bottom of your receipt within 7 days of purchase. When you order online, simply log into your app, place your order and your points will be awarded automatically. You’ll receive 10 points for every $1 you spend. Rewards are subject to change. Allow 24-48 hours after qualifying order for points to be deposited into account.
You can redeem your rewards in restaurant using the QR code in the app or you can redeem them on your online order in the app or on our website by adding the applicable item to your basket and applying the reward from “McAlister's Rewards” or “My Offers” section in the cart. Service fee applies to online, in app, and certain call-in orders, other fees and taxes may apply to all orders; see checkout for details. One Reward redemption per order. Not valid with any other reward, offer or third-party delivery.
You will earn points for all food and beverage purchases at McAlister's utilizing your rewards account, excluding catering orders, gift cards and alcoholic beverages.
Only one offer or reward can be redeemed per order.
No, you cannot earn points when you purchase a gift card, but you can earn points when you use a gift card as a form of payment.
If your McAlister’s Rewards account is inactive for 365 days, your points will expire. Keeping your account active is easy – just stop in and enjoy your favorites! Simply make a purchase using your McAlister’s Rewards account within 365 days, and your points will stay right where they belong.
Tea Pass
You can purchase a Tea Pass in the What’s New and Beverage category online and on the app where available in participating McAlister’s locations.
Yes. Only members of McAlister’s rewards program can purchase, but it's easy to join. You can create an account today here.
Your Tea Pass benefits work just like a McAlister’s reward. When placing an order, you can sign into your McAlister’s account to access your rewards in the My Rewards section. Look for a reward with the name “Tea Pass Daily Tea.” You will receive a new reward each day.
To redeem in store, select “Redeem In-Store"" on the reward and scanning the reward QR code at the register. You can also provide the phone number associated with your account at the register for the team member to find and apply your reward. In-store redemptions subject to sales or other local tax as required by law.
To redeem in-app or online, add the tea to your basket and apply the reward at check out in your basket from the “Available Rewards and Offers” section. Service fee and sales tax will be charged on each Tea Pass Daily Tea redemption via in-app and online orders. See order checkout page for service fee amount. In-store redemptions not subject to the service fee, but sales or other local tax may be imposed as required by law.
You can redeem one (1) eligible beverage every day and can get unlimited refills of that same beverage each day while in-store. Rewards do not carry-over to the following day.
All orders placed on the McAlister's app or website will be subject to a digital service fee, which is used to help us improve the online ordering experience.
Your Tea Pass includes one (1) 32oz McAlister’s Famous Sweet Tea, Unsweet Tea, ½ Sweet & ½ Unsweet Tea, ½ Lemonade & ½ Sweet Tea, ½ Lemonade & ½ Unsweet, including free refills of the same beverage at any participating McAlister’s. Lemonade and other beverages are not included. Flavor shots can be added at additional cost.
Tea Pass is available to order with participating locations online or in-app only. It is not available for purchase in-store
If you were not signed in at the time of purchasing Tea Pass, you will not receive the Tea Pass Daily Tea rewards. Visit mcalistersdeli.com/contact to contact our team.
You cannot cancel your Tea Pass since it is a one-time purchase. If you decide not to redeem your Tea Pass benefits you will not be entitled to a prorated refund of any unused portion of the Tea Pass purchase price.
No, we do not offer refunds for a used or unused Tea Pass.
Yes! You can redeem Tea Pass using any of the ordering methods available at your local McAlister’s: Curbside Pick-Up, Drive-Thrus, Pick-Up Windows, or McAlister’s Delivery. Order modes vary by restaurant. Service fee and sales tax will be charged on each Tea Pass Daily Tea redemption via in-app and online orders. See order checkout page for amounts. In-store redemptions not subject to the service fee, but sales or other local tax may be imposed as required by law. Delivery subject to normal delivery and service fees.
No. This is an individual benefit tied to your McAlister’s rewards account.
Yes, your visit will count towards earning rewards if your order includes an additional purchase. Qualifications to earn rewards points are subject to the terms and conditions of the rewards program.
No. You cannot redeem your Tea Pass on third-party delivery service providers, but you can use our app or website for McAlister’s Delivery at participating locations and earn points on those orders as a McAlister’s Rewards member.
Yes, but you will be charged separately. This charge will appear in checkout below your ‘Daily Tea’ redeemable.
